Here is a shot of the Wahsington monument. The sun is very strong in the background, so you can not see it very well.
This is supposed to be a shot back across the reflecting pool with the Washington monument in the background, but it was too bright and the picture got overexposed. I will try to do better next time.

Here are a couple of baby ducks that were swimming in a pool in the mall area. It was fun to watch them. I would tease them and throw a blade of grass into the water and watch them go after it. They were expecting food or something.
